Nans,
I was diagnosed with Raynaud's without all the color change too. My hands turn purple and fingers go numb. Sometimes it is very painful. My dr put me on Procardia for it which is a BP med but it really helped with my Raynaud's. Wear wool socks and also a hat and scarf when you go out, it will help. I always wear gloves when I buy groceries, even in summer because of the freezer/refrigerated sections. Use a napkin to pick up a cold glass when you eat out etc, all those small things will help. Whirling your arms like a windmill can help move the blood into your hands when you have an episode.
