Hey everyone.

I haven't been on much b/c of work and no time/energy.  The past couple of days I have had the worst back pain/muscle cramping in my upper back (shoulders).  It has bothered my neck as well.  Not sure if this is something you all experience?

I have also had sharp pains in the bottom of my foot.  I wasn't sure if this is Fibro?  Any suggest taking an OTC pain reliever for the back?  I took something the first day b/c I could barely move, yesterday was a little better and today the same.

Thanks.
Female. No diagnosis, plaquenil, prednisone (for flares), restasis, multivitamin, fish oil, vitamin d

You would have to go to your doctor to find out for sure but it sounds like fibro, "random pains". Try massaging the Hoku point between your thumb and index fingers. This will trigger endorphin release in your neck and shoulder.

You may want to try a daily meditation for stress reduction. This is the one that I like to use:
Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Wit your eyes closed look to the top of your head.
Breathe in and think "I am"...
Breathe out and think "calm"...
Repeat.

I find that it does take some practice to be successful. I use this any time that I need to. I do not use it when I am driving or other challenging tasks.

Ok, you just gave me a laughing out loud endorphin rush. Thanks for the comic relief on the bit about drive  :D
