Really New and Really Confused

I had pleurisy before being diagnosed, it also took 20 years for them to get it right. This forum has been a wonderful source of support and information. I get that "heavy" tiredness all the time and sometimes I have to pull my car over to take a nap because I just can't stay awake. I also had to quit my job because I could not get through the day without sleeping at my desk!
