If you want to see some older posts from Dr. Birnbaum do a search with his name on this site. When he was getting ready to start is sjogrens clinic at John Hopkins he came on this site and visited and answered questions. He is very knowledgable. He is also the only licensed Rheumatologist, Neurologist in this country to my knowledge. He also has a Masters in Business I believe. Irish

 I live in Rochester, NY and see Dr. Andreea Coca at University of Rochester Medical School. She only deals with auto immune diseases and has a Sjogrens Clinic. She is amazing and wonderful personality. Very invoved in research though other doctors at the University do most of her studies. She is very patient friendly.Also, hard to get an appointment and will want all of your records.
