A bit about me.

Bigmama

Thank you all,

I was on this forum several years ago.  I am nearly mid fourties.  In 2000 was DX clinically and started on Plaquenil.  Recurrent rash caused doc to use Decadron injections that would seem to cause flairs to eb and flow with little to no relief from symptoms.  In 2006 (still serum negative) I saw an immunologist who suggested my earlier exposure to black mold was the whole cause of symptoms and strongly suggested I stop treatment (I did).

In the past three years, my symptoms that I learned to live with have culminated in the actual death of my lacrimal glands (found out on Wednesday) and ovarian failure.  Dx with asthma about 1 1/2 years ago and IC last year as well (I also have a sacral nerve stimulator).

**The rash has been treated with Ketaconazole since 07 with great result.  The rash is Pityrosporum Foliculitis.

Basically I am back to square one, really in all honesty wanting PROOF.

That is me,

Hope I didn't insult or violate any rules by listing actual med names.

Take care - Scottie  :)

Bigmama-I like it when you said you are almost "in your mid-forties."  You're just a kid around here.  I don't say I'm almost anything until it's almost over.   ::)  Lucy

Hi Bigmama

It sounds as though you've got an awful lot happening in your life at the moment.  I'm so pleased you've come back to share it with your Sjoggie family.  This is a great place for sharing worries, lending a helping hand, and often having a good laugh.  Glad you've come back to us.

Thinking of you - Chickpea
