Sinus like feeling

I get this feeling like I have a sinus infection.  But no sinus infection.  Lots of pressure in my face and head.  Blood pressure will be normal.  But it usually coincides with the fatigue feeling.   Anyone ever feel stuffy like this?

Yep, I get that from time to time (two or three times a year usually), and don't quite know what to do about it either.  I had a steroid sprayed into them once when they were really bad, and the steroid did nothing at all to minimize the swelling (even the ENT was surprised that the sinuses didn't shrink).  It was that bad.  The swelling always goes back down, but it can take several weeks for the nasal passages to get back to normal.

I hope that you feel better soon!

Take care -

Before I was diagnosed, I kept feeling like I had a sinus infection, but didn't.  This started happening more and more----like every few weeks.  Since starting Plaquenil and Medrol it has not occured.  Don't know if it's coincidence.
