my questions are

Hey, wow sorry you have so much going on. I have had all on your list. thankfully that was the worst flare ever and has been over for  a few years, now things usually pop up one or two at time rather than all at once. i did have pos blood work, but I understand it is not neccesary at all.
They thing that helped my stomach and intestinal inflammation the most was avoiding gluten (wheat) ..

I am undergoing diagnosis and I can relate to most of your problems, including the blurred vision and nerve damage in eyes (optician has diagnosed nerve damage).  I also have negative blood.

I hope you get some answers as I know what the waiting does to you!

Silkalot, prednisone helped me a lot, but it's hard to tell what role the Plaquenil played.  I was on it four months with little improvement.  I was weak and light headed and had zero energy.  About a month after the doc added prednisone I felt much more energy, and not as woozy.  Still weak, though---being tested for myasthenia gravis
My only positive BW was ANA.  I do have Sjs SSA and SSB but within normal limits.
