routine blood tests

hi there

wondered if anyone could help me with my blood tests.  I had my usual 6 months full check done.  Everything was ok but have esr of 19 (range is up to 10) SSa postivie, ana postive all other ones fine.  In my liver tests they are in normal range apart from my alkaline phos always seems a little bit raised.  I have primary sjogrens and osteoporosis (due to rare growth condition).  Is this something to be concerned about, i am a worry wort...

Lots of labs use a normal range for ESR of up to 20, and it's reflecting inflammation that may or may not even still be present (takes a long time to normalize). The SSA and ANA are both markers for SjS, and sometimes once they show positive, they never go away, even though some people switch back and forth from positive to negative, especially with treatment.

If you have a documented bone disease, that could be the source of the elevated Alk Phos, as it reflects damage from both liver and bone...if all other liver tests are normal, it's probably coming from the bone.
