low blood pressure

Does anyone out there have a problem with low blood pressure. I get readings of 80/60 and 75/60 with pulse 100-110? Should this be of concern? This does not just occur upon standing, I can be at rest. I have always had lower blood pressure and a faster heart rate than is considered normal but I feel awful on the days it goes this low. Dizzy and spacey, headaches, weak even nauseous.

I have low blood pressure.  Do you take Evoxac by any chance???  One of the side effects is low blood pressure.

No I don't take evoxac and I have not added any new meds recently.

I always had low blood pressure.  Because of my dizziness and fatigue I ws given a tilt table test and had a positive response, almost fainting.  It indicates that there is a malfunction between the brain and heart.  I'm not sure if it's related to SS but there is a relationship with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.  Maybe you should request this test but a warning, it makes yu feel awlful.  I'm not on any meds. for it at this time but might look into that.

I to have chronic fatigue, seems like forever. So perhaps that's what's up or down however you look at it. I'll mention it to my GP when I see him in a couple of weeks. Don't know if I want another test right now that is going to make me feel awful. Already feel I'm there.

I have low blood pressure and have had it all my life.I don't get dizziness, etc. I am fine with it. I am 5'1" tall and weigh 105-115 lbs. I didn't hit over 100 lbs until after college.

I have been as low as 90/50 and as high as 120/75 so it varies. When I was going to have a lymph node biopsy and they took my bp before surgery it was "normal" for most folks but high for me. I knew I was upset then.

I would be more concerned about that heart rate so I'd ask the dr about that.  The low bp may be perfectly normal for you.
