Pisces my darling!

I'm so sorry for all that you've been through!  Do you have a thread about you?

I would be very interested to hear how it all unfolded and how you found and have dealt with your lymphoma diagnosis...symptoms, tests, treatment, etc.

Probably you have already posted about it and (now you know I'm a little crazy) I don't remember?

Best to you,
Janna

Hi Monica,

When you said you had to "deal" with it, it made me sad.  Yes, you will learn coping skills to live with this disease but u have every right to be depressed, angry, snarly, growly and irritable.  Life has just dealt you a really sh##y hand.  But please, please, please allow your self to grieve and don't feel u always have to suck it up.  I bet if u took a poll 90% of us are depressed and there r days when none of us deal too well.  So let it out girl-and be aware of depression as one very serious aspect of this disease.  See a doctor or counselor if u have to, stay on top of the whole sleep thing(I take zolpidem every night), and find great places like this website where u can vent and find support.

And always keep in mind that not everything you hear about Sjogren's will happen to u.  I have had 10 yrs between flares and although my life has not been exactly what I had hoped for, I have not been in pain and miserable every day.  I have been able to travel at times, and we go out and have fun a lot too. The uncertainty is scary but if u really think about it no one knows what their future holds so you just have to live one day at a time.

I will be thinking of you.
