Rash on Feet? SJS?

I was just diagnosed w/Sjogrens about 2 months ago. At that time the rheum. dr looked at my feet and I had a rash on both feet though it was in the "going away" stage. He said if it came back he'd see about have the dermatologist there do a biopsy. He evidentially has a lot better light there than I do at home! 

Well, I just noticed I got the rash again but I don't know if it is coming or going.   The inside part of both feet are lite red with varying hues.  A couple places I can make out "tiny dots"   but they are not round - more irregular shape.  They don't bother me or itch.   Before I thought it was just the inside ribby part of the sock causing a pattern but after seeing the rheum. dr I don't think so.

Questions 
1) Is this related to SJS and will it spread?   
2) Dr said something about the veins being involved which sounds scarey. Well?
3) What is a biopsy w/the dermatologist like and what do they do for treatment?

Thanks for the answers from all the "pros" here.  It was my first rheum dr visit and you don't think of the questions to ask on visit #1.  I am totally at sea on what to look for and expect. My next rheum appt is in Sept.

Might be psoraisis.  I was dx SJS two years ago.  I was at dermatologist and just managed to show him a new rash I had on one foot and he said "it's psoraisis."  Didn't do a biopsy.  I also have a tiny spot on one elbow.  The foot rash comes and goes.  I use a cortisone cream on it.   The psoraisis could be described much as you described your rash.  Better make sure it's nothing more serious, though.  Lucy

I would take some photos of the rash as it's appearing, then if it fades off again before you see a dermatologist you can show them the photos. I did that when my hands decided to peel recently and the doc said it was a good thing to do.
