excersise for those not able to do alot

i found this on the australian sjogrens site , its looks great for those who cannot get out and about and are not able to do excersises , i dont know the cost or if anyone had tried it, but its worth a look, id love to know if anyone has tried it

just found one on a biritish site its not cheap, not a level fortune either, possibly  make a great gift from family at birthday/christmas

Dear Wednesday,

I know someone who got one of these machines and she loved it. 

I worked with her a year ago, but haven't seen her since. 

She hadn't had the machine for very long but brought it along on a business trip with us and had us all try it.  I liked it well enough, my lower back felt better afterward, but that is all I could tell.  She said it takes a bit of time, but said she was losing weight because it affects your digestion and feeling hungry.

I wish I could find out if she still uses it.
