never  a truer word spoken, and yes its hear wrenching at times, other times like the two ladies i ha donce, who thought they were both on a cruise ship, and kept asking me for cocktails lol, i couldnt find one of the once, i asked the other where she was, sahe said she is having he rhair done, were dining with the captain tonight lolololol, found her on the toilet , theyd never seen each other before comming to the ward, and when they were finally placed in a nursing home they were placed together, always made me feel that that way theyd never really be alone
