Hello
I have a quick question? What is infusion? I am pretty new and keep hearing this.

An infusion is when they give you a medication intravenously, through an IV line. Several of the stronger medications used in auto-immune diseases are given intravenously, like Orencia for rheumatoid arthritis, or Reclast for osteoporosis. There are many others, but my brain fog prevents me from listing them.

Thanks for the fast reply, I thought that was what it was, but wasn't sure.
