As ever my ideas wont work for all and everyone has their own preferences...but that's good... we have to use what works for us..just sharing what works best for me at the moment.

Apologies for sound..I must get a seperate mic.

All me best

Hi Ron:

Great video!  The tip about the using the rice bags in goggles is unique and pratical.

Are the xylitol gum products in AU costly?  I find them to be so here, and the other sugarless gums give me stomach problems.  :-[

My mouth isn't as much of a problem during the day as at night. Did you have nighttime dryness first?

Ron,

Really great video!  I wish it had been available when I was first struck by Sjogren's.

It is reassuring to see you (someone who has the disease) as an "alive" and "normal" person because I'd never seen or heard of anyone else who has this.  I am also reassured that you have a normal voice.

I know this must sound crazy (diagnosed about 6 months) but I worry that someday I'm going to wake up with a giant growth sticking outta my head or some other freakish thing.  I mean....did you ever hear of "fake spit" before you got Sjogren's?  My whole family gets the creeps from the idea of it.

And it's easier to know what the packaging of products looks like before I am standing forlornly in the market having forgotten the name.

You are a champion of our cause.  Thank you so much.

Hi Ron!

Another great video......thanks for getting that information out there! You and the others that do these videos are getting the name Sjogrens out there as well as giving people with the diagnosis help with ideas of what to use to relieve symptoms etc. Thanks for telling your story!   :)

I enjoyed this video very much. You have a very calming voice and demeanor which goes a long way to reassuring people that it is possible to cope.
