Hi. I have not posted in quite awhile. I have been getting recurring UTI's. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes!   I've literally had more of these than I can remember.   One year I was on seven courses of antibiotics for them   Two of the infections turned into pyelonephritis, with a lot of pain and rigors.   I was at the end of my tether.   Then I found that concentrated cranberry tablets worked well, the key ingredient being D. Mannose.   I found it better than antibiotics as it had none of the side effects.

After so many infections, I decided to take D. Mannose every day, as a prophylactic.   And I always make sure I have plenty in the cupboard in case of an attack.

Of course if you decide to do the same, do check with your doctor that it is OK for you - I believe it can sometimes be contraindicated for people with kidney problems.

Good luck, this is a miserable thing to put up with.
