AmazonSmile Donation Report

Every time I make a purchase, Amazon makes a donation based on the amount of my purchase to The Sjogren's Syndrome Foundation.  It doesn't cost me anything!  I'm sure my share of the total is a very small amount but there are many people signed up for the program, and their purchases add up. 

Below is the quarterly report of all donations made by Amazon to The Sjogren's Syndrome Foundation through this program.  At this rate the donation total would be 4 x $2,748 which would be $10,992 a year!

This is the quarterly notification to inform you that AmazonSmile has made a charitable donation to the charity you've selected, Sjogren's Syndrome Foundation, in the amount of $2,748.00 as a result of qualifying purchases made by you and other customers between July 1st - September 30th.
