I am just checking in to say hi. I am almost a year without fibromyalgia symptoms. Ther is still no sign of fibro, arthritis, or Sjogrens in my blood work. The damage from them has not healed. The VA is finally treating me for a shoulder injury from Feburary 2022.

"I was a Military Lab Rat" book is waiting on my publisher's editor. I have been invited to speak about it on Russ Kellett's podcast on April 21 at 10pmUK 4pmcst. We shall see how this goes.

Cataract surgery is in my future.

We are planning a trip to BC if our passports are renewed in time.

Long time no see. Glad that the fibro seems to have cleared.

Don't worry about cataract surgery. It's amazingly quick and very effective. I've had both eyes done - no problems.

Hi Joe, I haven't been on Sjogrens world for about 2 months due to feeling generally yukky with great fatigue. Then my computer got over run with viruses and I just got that cleaned up. I haven't keyboarded for a while and my hands are stiff.

Glad you are feeling some better. I can't believe you are getting ready for your pretty much yearly trip to BC. So glad you are still able to do that and your wife can take all that driving. Have a great time. meirish
