These trials are currently being conducted. Lacripep trials are  geared specifically toward sjogrens patients. Please go to website and see if there's a city near you. You must be ssa or ssb positive or lip biopsy positive. I have a trial site about 2 hours from me but I do not qualify due to negative ssa and ssb , my diagnosis came from early sjo test by immco labs. I hope this helps us out. Been praying for some relief. Anybody else heard of these trials?

I am actually starting this trial.

The criteria requires positive lip biopsy OR positive for SS-A/B antibodies, but not necessarily both like other trials.

TearsSolutions is the developer and they have a Facebook webpage detailing the science/rigor behind Lacritin, and info about the some 25 trial sites.

Highly recommend folks here look into this...  it is low risk, as Lacritin is a natural protein already occurring in the tear film biome.

Has anyone else frequenting this forum been able to participate in this trial, or am I the only one?

I still highly encourage folks here to approach Tearsolutions directly about participating in the trial via their facebook page.

Very excited to share this update on the Phase-I/II trial of Lacripep in Sjogerns Dry-Eye, reference the link below for the Facebook post/media release from TearSolutions:

I participated in the trial and received it for a while via FDA Expanded Access for Investigational New Drug (IND).  The stuff is a God send, particularly for my clinical picture.

Post away :)   Finally some uniquely good trial news for us.
