The heat does bother me, but I haven't been around much dealing with my lupus along with the sjogrens and also Rhuematoid Arthritis. I am just a mess. I am staying in a flare right now with my face all red and blotchy.

The sun drains me something awful and also causes me to flare. The summer humidity is my worst time of year for RA flares. I too have gone from a sun loving person to one who can not tolerate summer sun at all. It's a problem because I live in the south.
