Hello all,

I have been aching quite a bit again despite it being summer and despite exercising, taking meds, etc. The past two days I ate chili powder and noticed quite a difference in pain levels (much lower). This leads me to wonder about using Capsaician on a more regular basis, though I don't want to eat chili powder every day.

Are any of you using capsaician supplements and do they help?

I love chilli peppers and powder almost everything with it - from peanut butter sandwiches to spicing up dinners (and even desserts!). Now that you mention it, arthritis-like pain is less...  :)
But currently I'm fighting a jaw bone infection which is quite painful. However, I've never used the capsules.
