Hi,

Since last one month once in a couple of days i when i sit on cushioned sofa i get this vibrations in my anus. i dont feel this vibration if i stand up, but if i sit again this vibration starts. This is not painful but irritating. once this vibration starts, this stays on for about 2-3 hours.

wanted to know if this a symptom of sjogren( may be peripheral neuropathy or SIBO or something else).

thanks

Check out the pudental nerve on line, It goes through the perineal and anal area and can be affected by neuropathy in Sjogrens. We have had some people on here over the years who had issues with this neuropathy. Irish
