Folliculitis on legs

Have had this on lower legs for past 3 weeks, never had it in my life before, I'm sure it's an immunity issue.   It's not been painful or itchy and I think it's actually over, and what's left is the awful dark marks.   Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of those marks?
Dry eyes (MGD), nose, mouth, occasional labyrinthitis,  dry skin , mouth ulcers, constant but fluctuating fatigue, IBS.  Blood tests and Schirmers negative,no Sjogrens dx yet.   Omega 3 algal oil, multivitamins, Evolve eye drops, Xailin eye ointment,  moisturiser (Instituto Espanol 10% urea).
