I have dealt with neuropathy off and on for years. Last year it was bad in my legs, arms and even my torso ad I was o high doses of prednisone and mycophenolate. The neuropathy is based off the symptoms as the emg wasn't positive and the skin biopsy showed an "average" number of fibers. It has been better and I am on only a mg of prednisone but still the mycophenolate. The last few weeks though my hands and feet began hurting as did between my shoulder blades. Some of my fingers will ache (same way in my toes) and are sore if I gently squeeze them and the heel of my hand hurts if I lean on them. I have no heat in the joint area although the knuckles can look quite red and sometimes I make a cracking/popping noise when I bend them. The blanching in my hands, feet and legs has gotten bad lately...probably the Raynaud's. I have never had any joint involvement so far. Thanks.
