I don't have dry mouth but my tongue often gets rough, dry and seems like I have geographic tongue.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geographic_tongue.  My no moisture at all eyes were what triggered my diagnosis.
Plaquenil (generic), vitamin D, Amitriptyline, Citalopram

I suppose you could argue semantics, but effectively the answer is probably "yes." I've seen lots of case reports of what is suspected to be Sjogren's CNS without any sicca manifestations.

But I'm not sure they fulfill the classification criteria though that doesn't necessarily matter. And maybe they just haven't developed sicca manifestations yet.

I have NO dry eyes or mouth either, but I had a very high ANA of 1:2560 and was positive for both SSA and SSB. My main issues or Fatigue, very bad joint pain all over, Mouth and Nose Ulcers, photosensitivity, headaches, my doc also thinks I have FM. I also some a very low WBC count and seem to catch loads of viruses.

My dry eyes/mouth landed a few years after diagnosis in 1991.

In 1984 while visiting relatives in Canada my eye lids swelled & eyes were hard to open in the morning with gunk.
I blamed the cold weather.

The problem disappeared when I returned home to Australia.

I'm sure I had sjogrens in high school at least looking back.

Like others have said SS seems progressive & different, but similar symptoms for all.

SS is quite a journey :)
