Sjogrens and Orthodontics

Do any of you know anyone with Sjogrens that's has had orthodontics.... I had orthodontics as an adult about 15 years ago... I think my teeth have shifted inward which is giving me terrible problems with tongue stiking and dry mouth..... My saligan is working
well but the tilted in angle in teeth is a huge problem .... I'm very anxious and scared.. I have to do something.....
