As some of you know, I have tried CBD to help with the pain. I have also used Green Butter to deal with pain and PTSD. There seems to be a wide variation in effectiveness.

I have tried 3 source of CBD, an over the counter mail order supplement. The strength and effectiveness seems to very greatly between suppliers. The first one was rated at 5mg/pill and worked well. The second was rated at 10mg per pill with added coconut oil. The third was rated at 5 mg per pill with added extra virgin olive oil. Three different manufacturers. The first worked well but had an auto renewal program I did not like. The second did not work very well. The third seems to work well. The label of the third says CBDA/CBD.

My second attempt at green butter provide one that did not have hallucinations as a side effect. Which is nice but it does leave me as a stone for two hours. About one hour in the PTSD releases and my system calms down. This is only available in certain states that have legalized it.

Since this is my first foray into this method of pain management I would like to know what others have experienced. It does not help the dryness but taking the pain out of the way allows for better management of the disease symptoms as they appear. For me each pill provides relief for 4-6 hours. So, one before work and one at noon may help those that are still working. I take one in the morning and one before bed.
