I have insomnia also. I have to take a small dose of xanax at bedtime, and it also helps with anxiety.

Insomnia is one of the things that comes with autoimmune disease. It is listed in the symptoms list and my immunologist always asks if I am sleeping. I always think in my head...compared to what????

I haven't sleep well for so many years and am so thankful when I can get a nap. Unfortunately, I go in streaks and can go for quite a few days with the inability to nap. I don't know if the rest of you do this. Irish
