hi---say I am having trouble bouncing back from tooth extraction and besides the physical insult am wondering if some bacteria was released in process that is not getting out of system quickly. My PCP isn't that adept about sjogrens and its often best if I can try to give some input into what I need--besides maybe doing CBC to check ANA and SED and C Reactive protein---if I were to ask for some bloodwork to look for anything out of the ordinary are there any other tests that might be useful specific to SJS and inflammation that can occur during flares?  Any ideas welcome.

it has been over 2 weeks and still really struggling with systemic pain flares and fatigue...when start to feel better if do just a tad more than apparently should have I get quite set back. Really reactive to foods and chems more than usual too..........
