How is your thyroid?  When I was given too much Synthroid for my hypothyroidism I had this problem (among other unwelcome side effects).  When the dosage was dropped the problem went away.

Celiac disease/Irritable bowel syndrome could cause loose stools as well.  Try laying off gluten and see if that helps.
