So Grateful for this site and all of you who give advice. New problem!

I haven't been here in awhile. I try hard to take the advice I read and  run with it. I try to NOT let Sjogrens take over my life. But alas, as you all know, it always finds a way to tap me on the shoulder and whisper in my ear "I'm still here."
I have noticed for the last few months that I cannot get warm!!! Well...I can if the thermostat is at 73 and I'm cuddled on the couch with a heating blanket.
If I stay busy and move around, I'm good. But if I sit down for any length of time anywhere...work, a restaurant, church or home, I freeze. My ears, nose, hands and feet are like icicles but I am cold to the core.
I thought it may be a side effect of Evoxac because I will get the chills after taking it when I am perspiring, but it all the time, not just after the medication.
I read some great posts here from 2015 and discovered that this is common with AI diseases. I don't think I'm hypothyroid because I have been losing some weight..not much...but about 5 lb. in the last month or so.
But....at least I know it's not that uncommon with Sjogrens.
FYI..I go back to see my Rheumy the end of the month for a follow-up. I wish I could say the Plaquenil has fixed everything, but my skin has cleared up almost completely, and that makes me sooo happy. Joint pain isn't as bad, but still there. And the fatigue has let up a little bit.
One punctal plug was removed because I believe I am making more tears in the one eye. It was weeping and causing some irritation at the corner of my eye. The eye doc said the eye looks great, so I had him remove the plug. I hope I made the right decision. We'll see.

I feel cold all the time, too!  At work my nose and fingers are always cold.  I wear finger gloves.  I told one of my co-workers who is a guy, and very overweight (and always too hot) that I was freezing.  He says it's 72 degrees in here!  I said, "it can't be!"  Evidently, it was.

My husband is sweating and I have a little heater going right beside me and am wearing warm clothes and snuggled under a blanket.  I can't stand air conditioning, either.  It can be on but not really high.  I don't like fans either because they just dry me out.

I think I'm getting Reynauds.  Also, numbness and tingling in my fingertips that have nothing to do with the temperature.

Can't wait for Spring and Summer!
