I'm covered in lesions. I'm so spotted I do look like a cheetah or leapord or something! I'm so sick of these rashes and lesions. Had to go off methotrexate. Arava didn't work and now waiting to see if Imuran will. In the meantime my white blood cells, ( I like to call them storm troopers ) have declared war on my skin. They're just running amok! I'm so itchy too! Anyone else get sick of trying this med, then that med and so-on?

Ok, I unloaded. I feel better now.
I miss the good old days. Things were more like they used to be back then.

Hi,

What is the cause of the lesions? Lupus?

Glad you feel better that you unloaded!

Have them biopsied.

I saw a dermatologist. His first response was to ask me if I was being treated for vasculitis. I just said not that I know of. He called in Topicort for me. It's helping. I guess I'll ask my rhuemy next week when I see him about it. He referred me to him, so I suppose he'll be getting info on it.

I've had these lesions before and biopsied before. They go away when I'm given a med that beats down my immune system enough. I guess I just have to be patient and wait for the Imuran to kick in.
