Can anyone with more experience than myself tell me what this is?
Today I had some pressure in my sinuses.
At times it hurt. Often annoying.
Sometimes my forehead felt ever so slightly warm.
I do not have fever or a runny nose.
No sore throat.
A tiny bit of a nasal drip; minor.
No discoloration.
Chewing gum seem to make it feel a little better!
Is this a sinus headache? The beginning of an infection? The kind of thing folks often talk about here?
Ibuprofen helps a little. Spraying with the Zicam helps a little.
What else might I try?
Thank you.
SLE, Sj.  Syndrome, IC, Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia, ITP (low platelets)... Various meds and lots of vitamins. Trying to eat healthy; seems to help a little.

Symptoms gone today.
There was a very bad storm near our state.
Can changes in barometric pressure cause Sinus stuff?

I've been getting sinus pains lately, and immediately wondered if my eye drops were the cause...so I've been suffering without drops for a week or two now =(

Hopefully I'm just being paranoid.

I've been having allergy symptoms myself. Sinus headache, very scratchy throat, hard to breathe in the lungs, ear congestion, itchy eyes but no runny nose. My nose never runs anymore no matter what. I broke down and took some Zyrtec, which worsened the sicca symptoms which means I didn't sleep much having to put drops in my eyes more often all night to avoid erosions, but I can breathe without pain and my throat doesn't hurt, and no sinus headache. Trade offs...
Seronegative, diagnosed Sicca Syndrome with fatigue, Raynaud's, and joint pain. Salagen and Plaquenil. I've found no supplements that help anything after many trials.

Thank you everyone!
Trade offs...yes, I have had that dilemma many times.
I don't find that the Zicam nasal spray dries me out.
I don't think the eye drops do either.
HOWEVER, I was going to post something today when my own related thread (this one) popped up toward the top.
I'm finding that chewing gum helps a little! This is another trade off, since chewing gum makes me BLOAT. BUT, it seems to help my sinus discomfort to a nice extent.
Also, did you all notice the post on drinking water? I rarely drink enough water. Except when I'm being serious about losing weight. Well, I think when I do drink a good six glasses of water a day, I have a little less dryness including sinus issues PLUS chewing gum together ????
I think I might have discovered a little something to help me. I think both might really help me.
I believe every little bit helps.
It's just I'm a walking, chewing, drinking, asper cream rubbing,  nose squirting, pill popping, kale juicing weirdo!
