Mild bronchitis

This might end up being broken down into two posts.

Very basically, I tend to get a cold, sinus infection or mild bronchitis when around my grandchild or his little cousins when visiting them in Central Fla.  i suspect some environmental allergy and exposure to germs from little kids.  It is freaky. Thank goodness the oil of oregano works unusually well for me re: Sinus infection prevention.

Several weeks ago, I forgot to take the oil of oregano while visiting and ended up some weird cough.

I took a zpac, telson Pearl's rx, musnex...it's a bit better.

*****Bottom line....any advice for this mild chest congestion? I was never a believer in natural things before, but since I've had some luck in a related area, I'm certainly open to all ideas.  I have a slight post nasal drip, a slight chest pressure, some fatigue and a mild cough...that seems to be slightly improved. At least that horrid tickle in my throat is gone. Good riddance.

I need to find that post re MAST cells.

I suspect  I could have mild bronchitis. What might help? Natural and otherwise. How long does Bronchitis typically last?

Thank you.

PS Many many thanks to all who responded re the tickle in my throat ...👍😀🤒

ETA 8/20:  Took a chance and took a much larger dosage of the oil of oregano and the pressure in my chest abated. I also drank lots of hot tea with lemon and ginger. Wish I thought of these things sooner. Within about three days, everything abated. Hard to say. Maybe it was just time for this miserable thing to go. IDK.

SLE, Sj.  Syndrome, IC, Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia, ITP (low platelets)... Various meds and lots of vitamins. Trying to eat healthy; seems to help a little.
