Anyone got suggestions of a natural laxative that has worked for them?

I read cocoa before breakfast helps.
It seemed to, but isn't working for me now.

What a pain these dry bodies are.
How about installing a water tank inside us LOL

Thank you in advance for suggestions!

I finally found something that works for me (nothing subtle works for long).  Stewed prunes in the morning (6-12 depending...).  I microwave them until very soft.  After eating them (with the liquid), I drink probably 6 glasses of water over the next hour.  I usually drink at least half of that as soda water (because I like it).  A couple of hours later, it works like a charm.  I take a day off now and then or it starts to form gas.

Because of the Sjs, nothing that absorbs water will work for me.  The stewed prunes are fully hydrated already!

Have you tried going gluten free? I suffered from terrible constipation for years, it subsided tremendously after I stopped eating gluten. I'm sure it's one of the culprits because I try some every once in a while and if I overindulge have the same problem.
