Immco test vs lip biopsy

Has anyone had a rheumatologist who used the new Immco Sjo test ? My ANA is positive, but SSA/SSB are both negative. RNP, Smith, Rheum factor, Complement C3 and C4 and ESR were all normal. The new rheumy started me on plaquenil based on symptoms and positive ANA. He said that he considers plaquenil to be statistically low-risk for side effects, but that for him to consider any different medications (with more risk of side effects), I would have to have a positive lip biopsy since my SSA and SSB were both negative. I often read that lip biopsies are perhaps too invasive and potentially damaging to be justified. I am wondering if there is any alternative to me having that done, and if the Immco test, with the three new antibodies it looks for, might be able to take the place of the lip biopsy if results for any of the other antibodies are positive ?
