Hello, I have a question. I have a roll of fat under my armpits. It itchy so bad and hurts. I always thought it was just fat. But could it be my glands? It's really weird. And sore. Does anyone else have this problem?  Thanks Theresa.

I have one arm that has had more fatty tissue under it for years. Also, this swollen tissue sort of meanders down into the side of the breast tissue on that side. I think that it is related to some swelling in the glands in that area. However, I never have hard glands with distinctive perimeters. Lots of pain under the arm and into the breast. I have also noticed that some bras make this worse.

Another thing that could be happening is that this tissue is rubbing on the bra and skin to skin irritation.This is an area that is high risk for fungal issues. I use shaving cream foam like Barbasol to wash under my breasts and under my arms. I also use the saving cream several times a week on my feet when showering as it tends to disinfect and soften  plus get rid of some of the foot odor.

You might want to try some things before you see the doc. I am assuming that you are up to date with your mammograms. Irish

I have the same thing and no one can seem to figure it out . Hurts into my breast .
