My eyes have a much harder time focusing on computer screens... It feels similar to the sensation when it bothers my eyes to read when I have a fever but they feel like that even when I don't have a fever.. I don't know how else to explain it.. But lately, I have been tired, slightly nauseated, and have a general malaise as if I have a low grade fever - even feel very warm, but I don't have a fever.... Does anyone else experience the same? It is very frustrating. With no fever, my brain thinks I should be fine and doing the household chores that need done but I just can't summon the energy...

Sounds like a flare to me.  I woke up today feeling flu-ish and slightly feverish, too, and started a Medrol dosepak to try and head it off at the pass.

I hope you feel better soon!
