I really let this winter knock me down. I hope I can get back on my feet this year. I know I am deteriorating but I think exercise will help slow it down. That and having goals and direction, I have been in limbo for a long time, and my health has suffered terribly for it. Time to change, I just hope its not too late. If she can play at a professional level, I can at least get off my duff and walk around the block!
