I am finally recovering from the terrible virus I had  :)

Now I am suffering from a sudden bout of itching in my back, making me crazy as I feel like I want to rip the skin off along the right side of my spine.  :( My husband says there isn't any rash there. I've tried Calamine lotion, not a dent. Tried moisturizer, didn't help much either.

I see my rheumy for a check up on Thursday, going to ask her about it.

Thanks for listening.

Thanks. The itching is gone. Now I'm having terrible nerve pain in my arm, I think from something I did while exercising.

I remember having that awful itching on my back.  I did not know it was contributed to a virus.  I think I am nervous now since I work with children, well at least on Sundays.  I have always been worried about catching things from kids (which I have always done) but I think Im more nervous now that I have the diagnosis.

I don't think the itching is from a virus, I think it may be due to high blood sugar. I'm pretty sure my system is trying hard to have diabetes be my next AI. I'm going to keep fighting just like you angeldancer.
