Sections show 5 lobular fragments of benign mucous glands associated with small ducts and smalls amounts of surrounding tissue.  Mininmal inflammation is present with predominantly scattered lymphocytes and plasma cells present singly and in small clusters adjacent to unremarkable acini.  Clusters of plasma generally number 15 or fewer. A single lymphoid aggregate with 50 or more lymphocytes is present in one tissue fragment.  This aggregate appears to be present adjacent to a vessel near the central duct. No acute inflammation is present. No fibrosis, no atrophy is present.  There is no evidence of an epithelial malignancy.  Processing of the tissue sent for flow cytometry reveals insufficient viable cells for analysis.  The overall features are those of mild chronic inflammation

to 'Greenspan Focus Score'.

The GFS is the standard physicians typically use. Having one focus of 50 or more lymphocytes
it appears to me you have a score of 3.

However, according to this page http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/3473649 diagnostic criteria require at least two such foci to be considered positive.

I am not a physician. Your doctor will likely have more experience is correctly interpreting the results and may have access to more current diagnostic criteria.
