Character building day!  Love that.   My character must be ginormous by now!

Also known as Another F......g Growth Opportunity.  aka AFGO. 

It's all one underlying screw up with our immune system, for sure.

And mine turns out to be deficient, which is why I test normal aka 'negative' for everything else.

Well perhaps we don't have to embrace our diagnosis....but we MUST embrace ourselves, our bodies which are working so heroically to survive and carry us through another day, and the miracle that is life.

I have learned that for me, we are here to learn, to be kind and useful to each other.   

I have learned so much here, especially from the sharing.
