I've been using the Biotene, but it just doesn't give me the clean feeling I enjoy after brushing my teeth.  if I use something more minty, my mouth will burn some.  I might start shopping around some.  I really like the Biotene rinse.

My dentist has noticed the onset of gum disease and increased palque due to dry mouth so has given me a prescription for Duraphat. It's a toothpaste which contains 5mg fluoride, doesn't taste that great but he says it will help.

I like to use Spry mouthwash.  For toothpaste, any toothpaste made from xylitol.  They all work similar for me.  Spry makes some great xylitol mints in awesome flavors.    I also try to substitute xylitol for sugar in my cooking.  Can be a challenge tho....like when I thought xylitol would work in tomato sauce -- mom always used 2 scoops of sugar in hers.....chemical reactions / structure COMPLETELY different.  LOL.  The lessons of experience.
