miserable with sore mouth and tongue

I'm with you....sometimes my mouth is so raw that toothpaste burns.  I have to be careful eating toast or potato chips in case I scratch or gouge my gums.  Haven't noticed any thrush.

I don't know I will have to ask my dentist. I don't brush very hard because my gums are so sensitive. I was just at the dentist and he didn't mention anything of the enamel.
