Saw my rheumy yesterday. She's pleased with my progress after only four months on plaquenil. She said bloodwork looked good and not to be concerned that my IgG is slightly above the normal range.

I've read this can be a sign of bacterial infection or MS. Anyone have experience with higher than normal IgG who can provide some insight?

I thought it was just a part of sjogren's?

My IgA, IgG and IgM are all high. Docs say it's just sjogren's.

Lesley thanks I learned from my hematologist today that yes, it's typical in folks who experience inflammatory disease. She told me the reading is only a problem if it keeps rising.
