Hi, hope everyone is doing well.

I haven't posted here for a while, been trying to manage my anxiety which caused a little depression. I am managing that better after a few sessions of cbt with a therapist and I have been taking zoloft 100 mg for 6 months. I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety but consider myself to always have been a worrier,

As for sjogrens my salivary glands are almost always painful at the minute. I used to have episodes of them being pain free, now its much more frequent that they are painful. Today under my ear is swollen like the size of a marble and its extremely painful to touch or to eat. May have see a doc if it doesn't go down soon. Mine normally swell for a couple of days then ease off. Today it is worse than normal. My eyes seem to be getting worse to and I get a new kind of pain in them when I have been crying.

I am also experiencing fatigue at the moment and had to go bed at 6.30pm last night and I have had a sleep this afternoon.

My yearly app with rhuematologist is due at the end of this month so should hear something soon

Lea, sorry to hear your so down and in pain, this SS does get one to the crying stage ,
then as you say that causes more irritation with the eyes.

Being an anxious person doesent help, but we are only  human and can only stand so much !
You should try to see a Doctor soon tho'   he may be able to help ..
Nice to see you back again ,,but hoping your next posting contains happier reading,
Do come back and give us the report . Best wishes, Dolly x

Joe is so right about the fleese scarf.. I have been using it this fall and winter and it helps a lot.. If I go outside, I wrap it around my head to cover my ears and then around my neck.. My ears hurt in the cold cause they are so dry... Im so sorry you are feeling so bad right now.
