Does anyone feel like their cheeks get puffy ?  I keep biting the inside of my cheeks as it seems there
is less room for my teeth.

Not on steroids of any kind, don't think I have any swollen glands, don't feel sick , OK gained 5 lbs. over the Holidays eating too much good food and sweets but that weight is in my core not my cheeks.

Any ideas on what it could be?

I just figure that it happens from time to time. I go through periods where they are raw and through periods where they are not. Take care not to bite too hard.

Yup.  Like Joe said.  From time to time.  I'll be eating or talking and boom!  My teeth hit the inside of my mouth and ouch.  That seems to cause me to keep hitting that same spot until it heals.  I try to do a salt rinse to help it heal faster.

Yeah, my gums overlap my teeth. I started chewing on probiotic vitamins and leaving them in my mouth for five minutes and it seems to be improving.
