I couldn't fit everything in the lunch box, but I've managed to put the essentials in. I'll keep supplies of the 'as needed' once in my work bag.

I have a 1 week pill sorter that I have filled with a weeks supply of my meds and carry in my purse with me.  I am also afraid of being stranded somewhere without my meds! I also carry a list of the meds, dosage and directions, doctor and pharmacy contact info just in case.  I am driving a lot for my job now and am a little afraid of being stranded.

  I have a one week pill planner as I could never remember whether I had taken them or not and is useful for getting refills in time.  I have 2 elastic bands on the top and two on the bottom to hold them securely shut and just put that into my bag as I need it.
