germ warfare work, home and play

Being proactive.
Gearing up for germ-warfare at the workspace and home.. be gone cold germs...lol

Wipe down those cell phones and keyboards...really. WIth students I had "my"  pen, and then those  for others.

"Keyboards have 60 times more germs than a toilets seat"
  Wow..then my eyes get tired and I rub them, etc. What about that  tethered pen when you sign for scripts..in line with folks who are sick, picking up meds for sick family.

Even when I use a public restroom..you know that urine sample...I wash my hands and use the paper towel to turn off the water and on the doorknob...then toss.

We have enough just managing meds, flares....
I am not hyper germ phobic....but....'tis the season...

Funny I should read this today~ I have done the same thing at my house and it is just hubby and me.  My family used to make fun of me all the time not touching handles and doorknobs~ now that they are older guess who is using their long sleeves to open and shut doors?  wiping down phones?  I use to say to them Germs are not my friends and they are not yours either!!   I am not a germ phobic person either but I don't have time to be sick so why take chances!!

We have that norovirus going around here and I'm scared to death of it! I've had it before and it was horrible!!

Anyone have a gentle anti-bacterial hand lotion or gel that I could travel with?

Had research and found this product due tour really old cat " the fossil"

Then after reading about  disinfecting  data...it is all I am using.
Kept  Mom 's area  clean and fresh, when doing Hospice, using this product, even in laundry..never smelled like a sickroom.
Sprayed mattresses, put in water reserve of carpet  cleaner....bathroom spritz..
