is it my imagination or does using natural prog. cream for perimenopuase issues worsen constipation?

i dont know but that sure sux!  i know when i took keflex (antibiotic) for a finger infection i was horribly constipated and even before my period always too...

is your new treatment helping you though?? energy levels? mood?  eye or skin dryness?? hope so.keep us posted....

i take 800 mg mag citrate nitrate for constipation and occasionally MOM or miralax ..good luck to u

my eye dryness is better but i dont know that its the cream... but mood swings getting bit beter...no more fibrocystic breasts...thts the best... and supposed to help the heavy  and long periods...dr says thats due to too much estrogen.....

i looked up the kind i use- restored balance= supposed to help with c.... who knows... when you have a million diff =errent things going on, who knows anymore lol
